SteelXperts ApS designs and manufactures unit plants for continuous heat treatment of liquid products. Our units are manufactured and delivered completely prefabricated with the necessary process equipment, pipes and fittings. We deliver with control system and pre-wiring, and naturally ensure that the system meets the applicable requirements from the authorities.

A pasteurizer typically consists of a plate heat exchanger, scraped surface heat exchanger or tube heat exchanger, depending on the product and its consistency. SteelXperts ApS has the capacity to manufacture the majority of the system as units in its own workshop, which reduces production costs.

We deliver the pasteurizer as a complete unit with control cabinets and electricity connected to components, and piping systems are largely embossed and supplied as semi-finished products.
