At SteelXperts ApS we offer glass blasting as a professional and gentle surface treatment of stainless steel and aluminum. Unlike sand, glass beads are not abrasive, but only remove impurities and make the surface more receptive to subsequent treatments.

With our large 12 meter glass blast cabinet and 4 × 5 meter door dimensions, we can also process even very large items. This enables us to provide flexible solutions for both small components and large installations.

After glass blasting, we can apply a food-grade liquid to seal and close the surface. The fluid acts as an anti-rust agent that leaves a thin, almost invisible film and neutralizes acids and salts from fingerprints.
