Certifications

Proper certifications are crucial for your business and therefore also crucial for us as a partner. You can rely on us for 100% tracking and quality assurance, so you can concentrate on running a healthy business with consistent production.

Welding certificates
All our approximately 20 fitters are trained as certified welders in accordance with 9606-1:2012.
On this basis, they are all able to perform welding tasks that place high demands on accuracy and thoroughness for both pipes and plates in all dimensions. All welders can weld according to Force Institute report No. 94.30. “Reference atlas for purity of back gas in stainless steel pipes”.

Material certificates
SteelXperts ApS only uses stainless steel with a corresponding material certificate in production. This certificate documents the exact chemical composition and is your guarantee that the purchased steel at least meets the project requirements. Copies of the certificate can be provided as part of the documentation.

FDA standards
We are increasingly experiencing that our customers have stricter requirements for deliveries to different locations around the world. SteelXperts ApS has experience in manufacturing according to the American FDA standards, which is considered to be one of the strictest quality requirements for the sanitary industry.

Danish Veterinary and Food Administration – Inspection report
SteelXperts ApS is subject to the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries’ smiley scheme, the purpose of which is to give consumers knowledge about how good or bad companies are at following the rules to ensure that food safety is top notch. This allows consumers to make a better informed choice about where to shop. SteelXperts ApS complies with the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration’s inspection report.

SteelXperts ApS has been approved as a supplier of food contact materials since 2009. This means that the materials SteelXperts ApS uses that are in direct or indirect contact with food are approved in accordance with EU FKM Directive No. EU1935/2004. This also includes the Plastics Directive EU10/2009, which applies to packaging materials that are not rubber materials. With the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration’s screening of the company, SteelXperts ApS shows that we comply with EU legislation.

Hygiene
The hygienic design of tanks, containers and piping systems is important for ease of cleaning. SteelXperts ApS relies on EN/DS Standard no. 1672 and Stålcentrums Guidelines combined with many years of experience.

We have hygiene training through the trade organization for water suppliers in Denmark, DANVA.
