SteelXperts ApS has its own workshop and many years of experience in handling process components. We can therefore perform most repairs on your components such as pumps, valves, heat exchangers etc. quickly and correctly. We’re also here to help if you’re missing a spare part or component.

Heat exchangers are often the focal point of a process plant

If deposits build up on the plates in the heat exchanger, performance drops drastically. In other words, significantly more energy is needed to maintain the performance the device is designed for.

If the heat exchanger is part of a process plant, this can have a significant negative impact on product quality, and cross-contamination of the product due to leaks in the plates can be disastrous.

• The plates are chemically cleaned
• Check for possible leaks
• Fit new gaskets if necessary
