Efficient, fully automated production
With a fully automated pigging system from SteelXperts ApS, you only need to think about the production of your product, not when and how you run pigging.
The system is designed for modern companies that run fully automated production and do not want to rely on manual handling from an operator.
The system does not require any manual operations as it runs completely automatically. The system consists of a pipe system, a pig, detector for the pig, HMI screen with software, sender station, receiver station and various other components. valves to control the pig.
It works by holding the pig in place by a transverse cylinder during production. When production ceases, the pig will be shot forward and seal in the product pipe. The pig will then be dispatched using the desired propellant. Once the pig has reached its final destination, the pig will be returned and fixed in its station again.
SteelXperts ApS fully automatic spiking system is designed in a sanitary design. This means that facilities that require cleaning (CIP) of their pipelines will also be able to use it.
Software
SteelXperts ApS fully automatic studding system has its own integrated control software with its own PLC and HMI screen. This means that SteelXperts ApS delivers a complete package solution that is tailored directly to the customer’s needs.
